You can order the books directly from O'Reilly either via phone or via their web site

O'Reilly generally charges the full cover price ($24.95 US) (read why), but they sometimes offer discounts when you buy book bundles (such as a bunch of books on Java or Perl). I doubt they'll offer a Lingo/Director book bundle at a special price. The page count is so beyond the price point, thatit is not economically feasible.

Other on-line retailers such as Amazon.com usually offer a discount from the list price, but O'Reilly may have them in stock when other booksellers don't.
