zWinVer Features and Benefits

You might think that Lingo's the platform command would tell you whether you are running under Windows 3.1, Windows 95 or Windows NT! Surprise, it only tells you what type of PROJECTOR is running! The platform doesn't distinguish between a 16-bit projector running under Windows 3.1 versus the same projector running under Windows 95. Nor does it distinguish between a 32-bit projector running under Window 95 or Windows NT.

zWinVer returns the true name of the OS, regardless of the projector type.
