Technical Support
If you are having trouble using one of our products, please follow these
steps:
1. Consult the documentation
that came with the product, such as the electronic user's manual, FAQ
and examples.
2. Check for other sources of error that do not pertain
directly to the Zeus software, such as your Lingo programming or system
configuration. Try restarting your computer with minimal extensions, make
sure that you have adequate RAM and disk space, be sure the utility is installed
correctly, etc. Consult the trouble-shooting sections of our User
Guides.
3. Check the web site for Tech

4. Make sure you have the latest version of the software from our
Download Center.
4. Before tearing your hair out, submit
e-mail to our technical support department. or call 732-398-1682.
Be sure to provide your e-mail address and phone number, and specify
the product, your serial number (if applicable), platform, version of Director,
OS version, installed RAM, and the nature of your problem.
